Welcome to Tal y Sarn Farm!

Tal y Sarn Farm is a family-run Community Interest Company, based in Dwyran, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the Isle of Anglesey. 

We aim to support the mental health and wellbeing needs of individuals living in North Wales through our Animal Assisted Interventions and community activities, which aim to build confidence, new skills and enhance relationships, through connecting with animals, nature and creativity.

We welcome everyone at the farm, particularly those with additional support needs.
